Program Rules
Purchase and Membership: Membership is valid for orchid purchases from Styled Stems only
One Orchid Per Membership: Each membership covers one orchid. Additional orchids require their own membership
Swap Limit: Options 2 & 3 include 2 swaps per 12-month membership. If swaps are not used within that 12-month period, they are forfeited and cannot be rolled over to the next year
Health Requirements: Orchids must be free of pests and disease when returned. We reserve the right to refuse any unhealthy plants.
Value Match: Exchanges will be for a similar size and value orchid. Color and variety are subject to availability.
Gentle Handling: Please handle your orchid with care. Damage due to neglect or improper care may result in forfeiture of future swaps
Non-Transferable: Memberships are nontransferable and may not be shared. Membership may be purchased as gifts but may not be regifted.
Expires Annually: Memberships are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
Orders must be placed before the following times for same-day delivery:
Monday - Friday: 1 pm EST
Saturday: 11 am EST
(Hours may vary during holidays)
We cannot guarantee requests for a specific time of delivery.
To guarantee the freshest bouquet possible, our florist may replace some stems in your arrangement for color or flower variety. While we always do the best to match the picture shown, sometimes different vases may be used. Any substitution made will be similar to the original design and be of equal or greater value. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
